Nutrition

Food, fuel, and feeling better in your body.
Real-life nutrition support from a registered dietitian—here to help you feel your best, without the B.S.

Why Work With A Dietician

Nutrition advice is everywhere—but it’s a lot of one-size-fits-none, and it’s rarely evidence-based or tailored to you. A registered dietitian is a licensed healthcare professional trained to cut through the noise and help you make choices based on evidence, not internet trends.

Whether you're training for a race, dealing with a stubborn gut issue, recovering from disordered eating, or just trying to eat in a way that feels better—working with a dietitian means support that’s science-based, judgment-free, and built for you.

No gimmicks. No rigid rules. Just real, actionable care.

What To Expect

Working with Maura isn’t about rigid rules or restrictive plans—it’s a conversation.

The first session is all about getting to know you—your health history, routines, challenges, and what you’re hoping to work toward. From there, you’ll work together to build a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and actually works for you.

Follow-ups are designed to adjust, troubleshoot, and support you along the way—whether you’re training hard, managing symptoms, or just trying to eat in a way that feels better day to day.

Sessions are held via telehealth on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
